Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Butacell for your eSIM services. We aim to provide you with high-quality and reliable eSIM solutions. However, we understand that situations may arise where you might request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for receiving a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• Technical issues that prevent activation or use of the eSIM.
• Incorrect charges or billing errors on our part.
• Cancellation of the service before it has been activated and used.

Please note that any eSIM service that has already been activated and used will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for a refund:

• eSIMs that have been successfully activated and used for data, voice, or other services.
• Any third-party services or fees associated with the use of the eSIM.

3. Requesting a Refund

• Your full name and email address used during the purchase.
• The reason for requesting the refund.
• Proof of purchase or transaction details.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days, and we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your request.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
